Privacy Notice

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform visitors of the aktashukuk.com.tr website and users of its contact form.

Personal data processed

When you use the forms on the website, depending on the form: your full name, telephone number, email address, your meeting or appointment preference (type, date) and any notes you write.

The website does not use cookies or visitor analytics. The server hosting the website may keep access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information) for technical operation and security. The website is hosted on servers of GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC. To prevent misuse of the forms, an irreversible hash of the IP address is kept on the server for no longer than 10 minutes.

Purpose of processing

To respond to the enquiry you send through the form and to contact you for that purpose.

The data is collected electronically, directly from you, through the contact form on the website. Legal basis: Article 5(2)(c) of the KVKK (processing directly related to the conclusion of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms).

Transfer

The content of the form is forwarded to the office by email and is not otherwise stored on the website. The office’s email service is Google Workspace (Google LLC).

Transfer abroad

The servers of the website’s hosting provider (GoDaddy) and of the office’s email provider (Google) are located outside Türkiye. The data you submit through the forms is therefore transferred to these providers’ servers abroad, within the framework of Article 9 of the KVKK. Your personal data is not transferred to any other third party, except where required by law.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information about the processing; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used for that purpose; to know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data is transferred; to request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; to request the deletion or destruction of the data under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK and the notification of these actions to the third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You may send your application in writing to the address above or to the registered email (KEP) address. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged (KVKK Article 13/2).
